# Approve or reject requests from Microsoft Teams

Approve or reject requests by using the approval notification in Microsoft Teams.

## Before you begin

Role required: user

## Procedure

1.  Launch the Microsoft Teams application.

2.  Select **Activity**.

3.  View the list of notifications feeds for the following:

    -   Request
    -   Change Request
4.  Select a notification to view the details.

5.  Select **View details** to view the complete details of the ticket.

6.  Enter a comment as required.

7.  Select either **Approve** or **Reject** to update the request.
