# Associate Guided Self-Service Process to a topic

You can make Guided Self-Service available from a topic. The GSS content appears on the topic page enabling your employees to easily self-serve.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin, topic manager, taxonomy manager or contributor

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Content Taxonomy** > **Topics**.

2.  Click and open the topic to which you want to associate the GSS content.

3.  On the **Guided Self-Service Process** tab, click **New**.

4.  On the form, fill in the fields.

    |Field|Description|
    |-----|-----------|
    |Guided Self-Service process|Guided Self-Service process associated with the topic. Search for and select the Guided self-service process associated with the topic.|
    |Topic|Topic in which you want the Guided Self-Service process to appear.|
    |Order|Order in which you want the Guided Self-Service process to appear.|

    **Note:** When you associate a guided self-service process to a sub-topic, the guided help also appears on its parent topic.

5.  Click **Submit**.


## Result

The GSS content appears on the topic page enabling your employees to easily self-serve.
