# Manage taxonomy for Now Mobile

Clone the default taxonomy or create your own taxonomy and map it to the Mobile Employee Service portal \(MESP\) to ensure the right taxonomy gets assigned.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Content Taxonomy** > **Taxonomies**

2.  Click the default **Employee** taxonomy.

3.  Click **Clone**.

4.  Enter the **New Taxonomy Name** in the dialog box that appears and click **OK**.

    This copies the taxonomy and its contents to the new taxonomy. Optionally, you can manually create a taxonomy and add your topics. 5.  Modify the taxonomy content and click **Update**.

6.  Deactivate the existing taxonomy so that the search configurations pick up the content from the new taxonomy.

7.  Navigate to **Service Portal** > **Portals**.

8.  Click **Mobile Employee Service Portal**.

9.  In the **Taxonomy** tab related list, add the new taxonomy that you created.

10. Click **Update**.
