Rich content helps you to easily and visually create high quality curated content that matches the Service Portal look and feel with limited technical knowledge. You can target Rich content to any Portal page. ## Procedure 1. Navigate to **All** > **Content Publishing** > **Content Library** > **Create new**. 2. Select **Rich content** then **Continue**. 3. Fill in the fields in the **New content** form.

Content name The name that describes the content you are creating or editing.**Note:** This field appears as the content header in search results.
Order The number that indicates the order in which the portal and styled content appears in the Content list.
Active Indicates the content is active and available for use.**Note:** Since there is no direct method for migrating content records between ServiceNow® environments, we recommend you create content in your production environment and use the **Active** option and publish plans to control content availability.
