# Footer form

Use the Footer form to create a new footer that you want to appear in the Employee Center or Employee Center Pro.

|Field|Description|
|-----|-----------|
|Name|Name of the footer.|
|Portal|The portal that you want to associate this footer with.|
|Logo|The logo of your company that you want to appear in the footer.|
|Organization Content|Information about your company that you want to appear in the footer.|
|Copyright|The copyright information to appear in the footer.|
|Active|Option to activate this footer for use.|
