# Content engagement dashboard

Content analytics displays data visualizations of engagement metrics for content published to the portal or Now mobile app in the Content Engagement dashboard.

## Dashboard overview

The Content engagement dashboard displays metrics for user engagement, such as content views, reaction icon selects, comments, and replies to comments. |Total engagement over articles posted|Number of reactions and comments/replies by day|
|Unique views|Number of unique views by day|
|Reported content|Lists content items with reported comments.|
|Reported comments|Lists reported comments.|

|Role|Access|
|----|------|
|sn\_ce.admin|Required to view the Content engagement dashboard. Grants dashboard read access and displays the **Analytics Dashboard** navigation menu item.|
|sn\_ce.analytics\_reader|Grants read access to the underlying engagement tables \(views, reactions, comments, and flags\).|

**Note:** sn\_ce.analytics\_reader is a separate, lower-privilege role. It grants access to the underlying engagement data but does not grant access to the dashboard UI. Dashboard access requires sn\_ce.admin.
