This process allows you to determine when the content is available to your employees and for how long. ## Before you begin Role required: sn\_ca.campaign\_manager, sn\_cd.content\_admin ## About this task Stages organize and manage the delivery of campaign content. When configuring a stage, you set the stage trigger, which determines when content becomes available and for how long. To learn more about triggers, see [Campaign bundle triggers](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/employee-service-management/employee-experience-foundation/ecpro-triggers.md). **Note:** Some parts of the interface use the term "bundles" to refer to stages. ## Procedure 1. Navigate to **All** > **Content Experiences** > **Configurations** > **Campaign Stages**. 2. Click **New**. |Field|Description| |-----|-----------| |Title|The name of the campaign bundle.| |Campaign|The campaign associated with the campaign bundle.| |Trigger type|How the campaign bundle starts or ends. To learn more about triggers, see [Campaign bundle triggers](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/employee-service-management/employee-experience-foundation/ecpro-triggers.md)| |Description|Descriptive information about the campaign bundle.| 3. Right-click the form header and select **Save** to remain on the Campaign Bundle form. 4. Or, click **Submit** or **Update** and return to the Campaign list. ## What to do next When a campaign is in the Edit state, you can edit the campaign bundles. You can also click **Deactivate Bundle** to remove the bundle from the campaign. Deactivating removes the content from the campaign, but remains viewable for existing users. When a campaign is in the **Editing** state, you can also add new campaign bundles and campaign content for matching audiences.
