The EmployeeWorks Web App Extended plugin provides an AI-powered employee experience where employees stay informed, find what they need, and boost everyday productivity. Targeted communications, AI-assisted content authoring, and AI service delivery combine in one experience that scales across your entire organization.

**Note:** EmployeeWorks Web App Extended is an add-on application and requires either EmployeeWorks Web App or Employee Slate \(built for Now Assist\) to be separately downloaded.

## Key features

EmployeeWorks Web App Extended provides the following capabilities:

-   Targeted homepage announcements based on location, department, or role to reach specific employee audiences
-   Built-in content library for authoring, scheduling, and managing internal communications
-   AI-powered communications authoring for drafting and publishing announcements conversationally \(Now Assist only\)
-   Communications analytics to track audience engagement including impressions and click-through rates
-   Quick access to SSO apps \(Okta and Entra\)
-   Upcoming meetings with direct join functionality displayed on **My Calendar** widget in Canvas.
