# Accept AI terms and conditions

Accept AI terms and conditions before accessing the EmployeeWorks Web App conversational experience.

## Before you begin

A Moveworks administrator must configure terms of use. See [Configure terms of use attestation](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/employee-service-management/employee-experience-foundation/eslate-configure-terms-of-use.md).

## About this task

When you access EmployeeWorks Web App for the first time, you must accept the AI usage terms and conditions.

## Procedure

1.  Go to the EmployeeWorks Web App application.

    The attestation pop-up appears with detailed terms and conditions.

2.  Read the terms and conditions content and acknowledge by clicking **Accept**.

    The home page appears.

    **Note:** Employees can't bypass the attestation dialog without accepting the terms. Your terms and conditions depend on the configuration.


## Result

When you accept the terms, you can start using the EmployeeWorks Web App
