Configure the organization chart. For details, see the related task. Role required: admin or Employee Slate administrator. ## About this task The employee profile page is the destination for any user card in the org chart. Employees reach the page from the left navigation or from the chart. The page presents the **About** and **Team** sections. Field groups include **Work details**, **Bio**, **Personal details**, and **Employment details**. The overview UI configuration controls which fields appear and where. ## Procedure 1. Go to **All** > **Employee profile** > **Overview UI configuration**. Select the field groups that appear on the profile page. Groups include **Bio**, **Personal details**, **Team section**, **Work details**, and **Employment details**. 2. For each field group, select the fields to display. The selected fields appear on the profile page in the order shown in the configuration. 3. Set the editable fields for the employee. Common editable fields are **Nickname**, **Pronouns**, and **Bio**. Non-editable fields are read-only on the profile page. 4. Show the org chart CTA button on the profile. The CTA button takes the employee from a profile to the corresponding view in the org chart. 5. Verify the profile from an employee account such as Abel Tuter or Beth Anglin. Open the profile page from the left navigation. Confirm that the **About**, **Team**, and field sections render as configured. 6. Save the configuration. The save commits the field selections and the editable field list. Refresh the profile to confirm the change. ## Result Employees view the configured **About** and **Team** sections, the selected field groups, and the editable fields on the profile page. The profile experience aligns with the organization chart and with the AI conversational use cases that reference user details. **Related topics** [Employee profile](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/employee-service-management/employee-experience-foundation/employee-profile-portal.md)
