Using the Moveworks AI assistant experience, your employees can access knowledge base, requests, and tasks leading to improved productivity and operational efficiencies.​

As an employee, you can use the AI-powered chat assistant to self-serve your work needs. You can go to **All** > **Self-Service** > **Employee Center** to use the Moveworks AI assistant.

-   Be more productive with AI-assisted conversational experience​.
-   Access information, services, and technology​.
-   Submit requests, check statuses, and update tickets.
-   Enable easier access to relevant knowledge, services, and actions.

You can chat with the Moveworks assistant in a chat window and expand to full-page mode for complex conversations.
