# Install Otto chat application

Install and activate the plugin to enable AI-powered conversational experience in Employee Center and Employee Center Pro.

## Before you begin

Verify that you have purchased the Moveworks and have appropriate entitlements.

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **System Applications** > **Applications**.

2.  Find the ServiceNow Otto Chat Integration using the filters and search bar.

3.  Check for dependencies, if any, in the Review Installation Details dialog box.

4.  Select **Install** to complete the installation process.


## Result

The application is now installed.
