# Opt in to the enhanced Enhanced Requests Experience

Opt in to the Enhanced Requests Experience, as an existing customer, to get the benefits of the updated features on both desktop and on the Now Mobile app.

## About this task

You can get the Enhanced Requests Experience on both your desktop and on the Now Mobile app. At anytime, you can track the requests created for you, by you and in the draft states on the go.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_hr\_sp.esc\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Employee Center** > **Requests** > **Set up enhanced request experience**.

2.  To opt for the Enhanced Requests Experience on your desktop, do the following:

    1.  In the Desktop experience, review the requirements and select the **I reviewed the requirements..... ready to opt in.** check box.

    2.  Select **Opt in for desktop**.

        You are opted to desktop experience.

3.  To opt for the Enhanced Requests Experience on your Now Mobile app, do the following:

    1.  In the Mobile experience, review the procedure and select **Configure screen record**.

    2.  On the form, in the **Screen** field, change field to **Enhanced request experience**.

    3.  Save the form.

        You are opted to mobile experience. ## Result

You have opted in to the Enhanced Requests Experience.
