# Setup employee communications

Inform and engage your employees.

Employee Center Pro provides a robust suite of features to create, publish, and manage employee communications in a variety of content types and delivery channels. Follow these steps to setup employee communications features:

1.  Make Content Publishing features available to content managers and employees: [Properties installed with Content Publishing](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/employee-service-management/employee-experience-foundation/properties-with-content-delivery.md).
2.  Set up content translation \(optional\): [Configure Localization Framework for Content Publishing](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/employee-service-management/employee-experience-foundation/ec-int-localization-framework.md)
3.  Customize the out-of-the-box widgets \(optional\):

4.  Review the Employee communications features table below and configure the features relevant to your use case.
