# Submit feedback from a Microsoft Outlook email message

Submit feedback about a service request or your experience using the feedback card in a Microsoft Outlook email message.

## Before you begin

To enable the feedback card, the `include_feedback_actionable` script must be added to the [email notification](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/platform-administration/t_CreateANotification.md) and a [feedback definition](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/employee-service-management/employee-experience-foundation/config-feedback-dfnition.md) must be created for the required workflow.

**Note:** The feedback card only appears at the top of the email message.

Role required: None

## Procedure

1.  Launch the Microsoft Outlook application.

2.  Open an email message and select **Give Feedback**.

3.  On the feedback card, select a rating based on your experience.

4.  Enter additional feedback in the text box.

5.  Make the feedback anonymous by selecting **Do not share my personal info**.

6.  Select **Submit**.
