# Managing an anonymous safety concern

You can submit, track, and manage an anonymous report and get it addressed without revealing the identity of the individual reporting the safety concern.

The Anonymous Report Center promotes anonymous reporting of safety incidents, observations, and near-misses without fear of retaliation, discrimination, or personal consequences. This type of reporting helps maintain a safe, supportive environment while upholding the overall well-being of all employees.

Use the Employee Center to report an anonymous concern and use the Health and Safety Workspace to manage the anonymous safety concern.

The **Anonymous report center** \[com.sn\_anonymous\_report\_center\] plugin must be installed to enable reporting a safety concern anonymously.
