# Share an action with other teams

Share an action, independent of the incident or risk, with other groups or agents at another location, so that they can prevent the similar issue from happening at any of their locations.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ohs\_im.manager or sn\_ohs\_im.agent

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Health and Safety** > **Health and Safety Workspace**.

2.  In the **Lists** tab under **Incident Management**, open the safety incident or observation list.

    -   For the safety incidents list, select **Safety Incidents** and then **All**.
    -   For the safety observations list, select **Safety Observations** and then **All**.
3.  In the list, open a safety incident or observation you want to copy the action from.

4.  In the **Health and Safety actions** tab, select to open the action you want to share with other groups.

5.  Select **Copy action**.

    The action is duplicated. However, if the original action includes a Learning material, it is not copied to the duplicated action.

6.  Share the action using the **Assignment group** or **Assigned to** field and select **Save**.


## Result

-   The action appears in the **My Tasks** list of the assigned user on the Employee Center.
-   The action is also listed in the **Actions** list on the Health and Safety Workspace.
