Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Health and Safety Workspace**. 2. Select the risk management icon \(\[Omitted image "icon-risk-assessment.png"\] Alt text: Risk assessment icon\). 3. In the **Audits** list, select **All** and open the audit into which you want to import the scope. 4. Select **Import scope**. 5. In the **Previous audit** field, search for and select the audit to copy from. The current audit is excluded from this list. 6. Select **Import**. ## Result The following information is copied from the selected audit to the current audit: - All fields on the Details tab. - All People involved records, except their associated actions. - All Objectives, Criteria, and Items for review, with the relationships between them preserved. ## What to do next After importing, review all copied fields before saving. In particular, update the audit dates, locations, and assigned person as these values typically differ for the new audit period. **Parent Topic:**[Create and manage a safety audit](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/australia/employee-service-management/health-and-safety-risk-management/hs-create-manage-safety-audit-workspace.md)
