# View submitted JSAs in the workspace

View all submitted JSAs in Health and Safety Workspace. All JSAs that employees have submitted through the Employee Center or ServiceNow® Now Mobile app are available to view in the workspace.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_hs\_rm.jsa\_manager or sn\_hs\_rm.job\_safety\_analysis\_reader

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Health and Safety** > **Health and Safety Workspace**.

2.  Select the risk management icon \(\[Omitted image "icon-risk-assessment.png"\] Alt text: Risk assessment icon\).

3.  Select the **JSAs** list.

    -   For active JSAs, select **Active**.
    -   For all JSAs, including both active and expired, select **All**.
4.  In the list, select the record to view.

5.  Research content related to the JSA by selecting the Agent assist icon \(\[Omitted image "Form\_AgentAssistIcon.png"\] Alt text: agent assist icon\).

    Agent assist searches the knowledge base using the text from the JSA's **Short description** field and shows relevant articles.
