# Configure offline mode in the Now Mobile app for Health and Safety

Setup offline mode in the Now Mobile app for Health and Safety so that users can access it even without an internet connection.

## Before you begin

Ensure that the application scope is selected as Now Mobile. For more information, see [Application picker](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/application-development/c_ApplicationPicker.md).

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1.  Enable offline mode for the Now Mobile app so that the users can access it even when they're not connected to the internet.

    1.  Navigate to **All** > **System Mobile** > **Mobile branding** > **Mobile App Configs**.

    2.  Select **Now Mobile**.

    3.  Select the **Offline enabled** option to turn on the offline mode.

    4.  Select **Update**.

2.  Make the Now Mobile Home page available for offline use in Health and Safety.

    1.  Navigate to **All** > **System Mobile** > **Mobile App Builder**.

        The Mobile App Builder opens in a new browser tab and displays the application scope selection screen.

    2.  Search for the Health and Safety application scope and then select the name of the application scope.

        To enable offline mode for safety incidents and observations, select Health and Safety Incident Management.

    3.  Select **Mobile app configs**, and then select the **Now Mobile** to configure offline mode in it.

    4.  If the scope is not set as Now Mobile, select **Edit in original scope**.

    5.  Under **Home**, select **Homepage** and then select **Open record**.

    6.  Turn on the **Available offline** option.

    7.  Select **Save**.
