# Create or modify actions of a safety incident on the Mobile Agent app

Add an action to address the root causes of the safety incident. You can add multiple actions for the incident.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ohs\_im.manager or sn\_ohs\_im.agent

## Procedure

1.  Open the Mobile Agent app on your mobile device.

2.  In the navigation bar, tap **Home**.

3.  Tap the **Safety incidents** icon \(\[Omitted image "casemgmt-templateicon.png"\] Alt text: safety incident icon\) from the quick links section.

4.  Open a safety incident record.

5.  Tap the **Related lists** tab and then tap **Actions**.

    1.  To modify an existing actions record,

        -   Swipe left on the actions record to view the edit and delete options.
        -   Open the actions record and tap **More options** icon \[Omitted image "wsd-more-options-icon-loc-directory.png"\] Alt text: more options, and then tap edit or delete.
    2.  To add a new action record, tap **Add new action**.

6.  On the form, fill in the details.

7.  Tap **Submit**.
