# Submit a safety incident or observation through the Now Mobile app

Submit a safety incident or observation to report it your organization's safety department.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ohs\_im.requestor

## Procedure

1.  Open the Now Mobile app on your mobile device.

2.  In the navigation bar, tap **Safety**.

3.  In the **Browse from all topics** section on the page, tap a topic to open category items.

    -   To report an incident, tap **Safety incident** and then tap **Report Health and Safety Incident**.
    -   To report an observation, tap **Observations** and then tap **Report Health and Safety Observation**.
4.  Fill in the fields.

5.  Tap **Submit**.

    A confirmation message with the incident or observation number appears on the screen.

6.  Tap the incident or observation number to review it or update any fields.

7.  Tap **Close** to return to the list of safety topics.
