# View a saved OSHA 300 and 300A form

View a saved OSHA 300 and 300A form for an establishment.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ohs\_im.compliance\_manager

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Health and Safety** > **Health and Safety Workspace**.

    The Health and Safety Workspace opens in a new tab of the browser window.

2.  Select the incident management icon \(\[Omitted image "list-icon-hs.png"\] Alt text: Incident Management icon.\).

3.  In the **Lists** tab, under the **Establishments** list, select **All**.

4.  Select an establishment record to open it.

5.  In the **Attachments** section, select the required OSHA form PDF file to open it.
