# Enable Agent Chat in Now Mobile

Activate the Chat quick action so that your new hires can chat with a live or virtual agent.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_hr\_le.admin

Make sure that live and/or virtual chat are set up for use in the Employee Service Center.

Role required: sn\_hr\_le.admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **System Mobile** > **Applet Launchers**.

2.  Open the **Onboarding Homepage** record.

3.  In the Body related list, under the Quick Actions Menu Maps section, open the **Chat** record.

4.  Select the **Active** option to activate the quick action for use.

5.  Click **Update**.
