# Add or modify accommodations

You can add, modify, or view accommodation requests for an HR profile. Accommodations are requests from your employees related to their work situation.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_hr\_er.case\_writer

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **HR Profile** > **HR Profiles**.

2.  Select an HR profile from the list.

3.  Scroll down to the related list and select the **Accommodations** tab.

4.  Select **New** or to edit, select the **Status** link.

5.  Select **Submit** or **Update**.
