# Document Template integration with AdobeSign

The ServiceNow® Document Template integration with AdobeSign application enables you to use the Adobe Sign application for signing documents that are generated from ServiceNow Document Templates.

## Key features

-   Enable multiple participants to collaboratively work on a single document.
-   Choose a signing type.
-   Select a signing partner.
-   Sign with mobile and portal from anywhere.

**Note:** The Document Template integration with AdobeSign application supports the signing of HTML and PDF document templates that are generated from Document Templates.

## Activation information

First, activate the Document Template Integration with AdobeSign \[sn\_dt\_adobesign\] and Document Templates \[sn\_doc\] applications from ServiceNow Store. Activating the Document Template integration with AdobeSign application automatically activates the Adobe Acrobat Sign spoke.
