# Customizing HR benchmarks

Choose HR KPIs based on your business requirements.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_hr\_core.case\_writer

**Note:** The HR benchmarks feature is available by default when the Human Resources Scoped App: Core \[com.sn\_hr\_core\] and Human Resources Scoped App: Lifecycle Events \[com.sn\_hr\_lifecycle\_events\] plugins are installed.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Benchmarks** > **Administration** > **Setup**.

2.  Select **Human Resource** to view the list of HR Benchmarks KPIs.

3.  Select KPIs that you need for your organization.

    -   To opt out from using a KPI, select **Opt out**.
    -   To modify Key Performance Indicators \(KPIs\) formula according to your requirement and analysis criteria, select **Modify**.
