# Copy talent profiles as job prospects

Copy talent profiles from a Talent pool to a particular job requisition as prospects.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ta\_hiring\_core.recruiter

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Recruitment workspace**.

    -   To copy talent profiles to job prospects from a talent pool, go to the **Talent pool** tab, select the pool and select the talent profiles within to see the **Copy to prospects** button adjacent to the **Copy to another pool** button.
    -   To copy talent profiles to prospects from the All talent section, select the talent profiles and select **Copy to prospects** adjacent to the **Copy to pool** button.
2.  In the Copy talent to job prospects pop-up window, select a job requisition from the Select job requisition drop-down list, and select **Add**.

    **Note:** You can only copy the talent profiles as prospects to a job requisition that is assigned to you, as a recruiter.


## Result

You have added the selected talent profiles as job prospect.
