# Create adobe sign groups

Connect your ServiceNow instance to a particular group to send and receive agreements on a business use case.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_dt\_adobesign.admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Document Templates** > **Adobe Sign Integration** > **Adobe Sign Groups**.

2.  On the form, fill in the fields:

    |Field|Description|
    |-----|-----------|
    |Group ID|Unique ID associated with the record.|
    |Connection Alias|Alias record to associate with the connection.|
    |Group Name|Name to uniquely identify the Adobe Sign group.|
    |Role|Roles granted to the Adobe Sign group.|

3.  Click **Submit**.
