# Configure field mappings

Map fields to copy the primary details from an HR case to a universal request \(that is auto-created from the HR case\).

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_uni\_req.universal\_request\_write

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Mapping Configuration**.

2.  Select an HR service.

3.  In the **Create UR mappings** related list, map the fields of an HR case with that of a universal request.
