# Create Talent pools

Create Talent pools to organize similar talent profiles in one place for particular hiring requirements.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ta\_hiring\_core.recruiter

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Recruitment workspace**.

2.  Create a talent pool from either the Talent pool section or the All talent section in the **Talent pool** tab.

    -   To create a talent pool from the Talent pool section in the **Talent pool** tab, select **Create talent pool**.
    -   To create a talent pool from the All talent section, select the required profiles and select **Create pool**.
3.  On the Create New Talent pool form, fill in the fields.

4.  Select **Save**.


## Result

You have created a talent pool. Collaborate with other recruiters after creating the pool or simply share the pool with people involved in the hiring process for visibility.
