# Filter talent profiles

Use filter options to find relevant talent profiles quickly in the Talent pool tab.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ta\_hiring\_core.recruiter

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Recruitment workspace**.

2.  Go to the **Talent pool** tab.

3.  Select the filter icon \[Omitted image "icon-filter.png"\] Alt text: Filter icon and select **Advanced view**.

4.  You can either filter the talent profiles by the applicant option or by user title option.

    -   To filter by job applicants select **Job Applicant** and set the condition.
    -   To filter by job title select **User** > **Title** and set the condition.
5.  Select **Update** to set the filter conditions.
