# Create union contacts

Union Contacts track the people who work for a union or local chapter organization.

## Before you begin

Role required: HR admin \[sn\_hr\_core.admin\]

**Note:** Creating a union contact does not create a user record.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **HR Administration** > **Labor Unions** > **Union Contacts**.

2.  Select **New**.

3.  Fill in the form.
