# Opt in to Talent Profile

Opt in to the Talent Profile to access all the talent records, create talent pools, and add prospects to the job requisitions.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ta\_tp.talent\_profile\_admin

1.  Create a Talent Definition to opt in to Talent Profile.
2.  Verify you're in the Talent Profile application scope before opting in to or out of the Talent Profile.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Talent Profile** > **Setup**.

2.  In the Want to opt in to talent profile page, Check the box **Yes, opt in to talent profiles** and select **Opt in**.


## Result

You have opted in to the Talent Profile.
