# Send an email from a talent pool

As a recruiter, send an email to a talent pool providing personalized details.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ta\_hiring\_core.recruiter

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Recruitment workspace**.

2.  Go to the **Talent pool** tab and select a pool from the Talent pool section.

3.  In the **Details** tab, go to the Compose section.

4.  Write the email and select **Send email**.


## Result

You have sent an email to all the talent profiles within your talent pool.
