# Configuring Document Templates

Set up Document Templates to automate and simplify the process of filling, reviewing and signing a document online.

## Application activation

You can activate the Document Templates application from ServiceNow Store.

**Note:** PDF document template and HTML document template are available with the Document Templates application. For Word document Template, Contract Management Pro \(paid\) or Legal Service Delivery \(paid\) license is required.
