# Set up a scheduled job for talent profile generation

Customize the frequency of the scheduled job to get an uninterrupted flow of new talent profiles.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ta\_hiring\_core.admin/ sn\_ta\_tp.talent\_profile\_admin

## About this task

The **Generate Talent Profiles** scheduled job is run daily by default, once you have created a Talent Definition. Update the execution frequency of the scheduled job or run it manually to add more talent profiles.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **System Definition** > **Scheduled Jobs** > **Generate Talent Profiles**.

2.  Change the value of the **Run** field to your preferred option from the default option **Daily**.

    The available options are:

    -   **Daily**
    -   **Weekly**
    -   **Monthly**
    -   **Periodically**
    -   **Once**
    -   **On Demand**
    -   **Business Calendar: Entry Start**
    -   **Business Calendar: Entry End**
    1.  Save your changes by either saving or updating the scheduled job.

    -   To save your changes and stay on the page, select and hold \(or right-click\) to select **Save**.
    -   To save your changes and leave the page, select **Update**.
3.  Select **Execute Now**.
