# Synchronize workday learning users

Pull user profile data from Workday Learning into ServiceNow. View user profile details from Workday in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_lrn\_workday.admin

## Procedure

1.  Open **Run Trigger Workday Learning Integration**.

2.  Navigate to **Flow Designer** > **Designer**.

3.  Click **Activate**.

    This flow in turn triggers the subflows to automate tasks. To customize the sample flow, copy it to the required application scope.
