# Create support relationships

Use the Org Support Relationships table to create a relationship between an organizational leader and an organizational supporter. After the relationship is established, supporters can use Leader Hub to view their designated leader's organization and provide support accordingly.

## Before you begin

An organizational leader can receive support from multiple organizational supporters, and an organizational supporter can support multiple organizational leaders. You must create a separate record for each organizational relationship.

Role required: sn\_egd\_lh.admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Leader Hub** > **Org Support Relationships**.

    The Org Support Relationships table appears.

2.  Select **New**.

3.  Enter the name of an organizational leader in the **Leader** field.

4.  Enter the name of an organizational supporter in the **Supporter** field.

5.  Select **Submit**.


## Result

The organizational supporter that you specified in the **Supporter** field can view the organization associated with the leader you specified in the **Leader** field when they access Leader Hub.
