# Submit a time off balance query in HR Service Delivery Advanced Integration with Oracle HCM

Submit a query related to your time off balance in the Oracle HCM system from a ServiceNow instance.

## Before you begin

Role required: none

The View Time Off Widget works on the basis of Person ID \( Correlation\_ID\) field in the HR profile \[sn\_hr\_core\_profile\] table. You will not be able to see your time off balances if your Person ID \(Correlation\_ID\) is missing in your HR profile.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Employee Center** > **Catalog** > **Benefits** > **Time off balances**.

2.  View details of all your time off balances.

3.  In the **Do you have any question regarding your time off balance?** field, type in your query.

4.  Click **Submit**.

    An HR case is created under the HR Service, View Time Off – Oracle Cloud HCM.
