# Use the View menu icon in Leader Hub

Use the View menu icon \(\[Omitted image "viewmenu.png"\] Alt text: View menu icon\) to view the career profile of an employee, schedule or create a conversation, or send emails.

## Before you begin

Role required: organizational leader \[sn\_egd\_lh.leader\]

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Self-Service** > **Employee Center**.

2.  From the Leader hub drop-down list, select **Org talent**.

    The Org talent page appears.

3.  Use the organizational chart or the **Search for employees in your org** field to select an employee in your organization.

    **Tip:** The card for each employee reflects whether they have individuals who report to them. You can determine whether an employee leads a team by viewing the number of direct and total reports they have in their employee card.

4.  Select the View menu icon \(\[Omitted image "viewmenu.png"\] Alt text: View menu icon\) to perform one of the following steps.
