# Create interview invite email template

Create interview invite email templates to enable recruiters to select them when scheduling interviews.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ta\_hiring\_core.recruiter or sn\_ta\_hiring\_core.recruitment\_coordinator or sn\_ta\_hiring\_core.admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **sys\_template.LIST** to create the template.

    For more information on creating a template, see [Create a template using the Template form](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ServiceNow/ServiceNowDocs/australia/markdown/platform-administration/t_CreateATemplateUsingTheTmplForm.md).

2.  On the template form, select the table as Job interview and the Template fields as **Meeting invite** and **Meeting subject**.
