# View applicant's scheduling preferences

As a recruiter, view the scheduling preferences shared by applicants to schedule interviews accordingly.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_ta\_hiring\_core.recruiter or sn\_ta\_hiring\_core.recruitment\_coordinator

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Workspaces** > **Recruitment workspace**.

2.  Select the required job requisition.

3.  On the **Overview** tab, in the Applications section, select the application to view the applicant's scheduling preferences.

4.  On the application page, select **View scheduling preferences**.

    The scheduling preferences shared by the applicant are displayed.

    **Note:** You can only view the scheduling preferences if the applicants have shared the details after you have requested for it.
