# Activate the AI skill for offboarding

Enable the AI skill associated with the offboarding knowledge transfer plan generation agentic workflow. This skill supports automated knowledge discovery and categorization during the knowledge transfer process.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin \[virtual\_agent\_admin\]

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Now Assist Admin** > **Skills**.

2.  On the navigation pane, select **Employee** > **HRSD**.

3.  Locate the Knowledge transfer document grouper skill and select **Turn on**.

    The Turn on Knowledge transfer document grouper skill page appears.

4.  Select **Turn on** to accept the default values for user access.


## Result

The skill is now active. The offboarding knowledge transfer plan generation agentic workflow can use this skill to group discovered documents and assign relevancy scores during the knowledge transfer process.
