# Create and manage action plan task templates

Create and manage the task templates that managers, mentors, and employees can use for their Journey designer plans. Use task templates to provide a consistent and streamlined experience for creating Journey designer plans.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin \[sn\_jny.admin\]

## About this task

Task templates appear as to-do lists in the Employee Center for managers, mentors, or employees.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Journey designer** > **Manage Task Templates**.

2.  Click **New**, or open an existing plan configuration.

3.  Fill in the fields in the template form.

4.  Click **Submit**.
