# Create a quick link as an administrator

Journey designer administrators create quick links that are part of a journey configuration. Administrator created quick links cannot be deleted or edited by journey owners or mentors.

Role required: sn\_jny.admin

## About this task

Quick links added by an administrator appear in all **Journey Types** they are added to. Only administrators can delete a quick link from **Journey Types**. ## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Journey Designer** > **Manage Journey Type Links**.

2.  Select **New**.

3.  Select a **Type** and **Quick link**.

    -   **Type**: Only active **Journey Types** are available.
    -   **Quick link**: The **Quick link name** for active Employee Center Quick Links.     **Note:** If you don't see the Journey Type you are looking for, start typing the name of the journey type in the field to search for it.
