# Create and manage Journey designer dashboards

Monitor journeys status and manage the Journey designer dashboards.

Role required: admin

## About this task

The following dashboards are provided with the Journey designer app:

-   **Journey overview dashboard**

    Displays information about the status of your active journeys, such as the number of journeys in draft mode, overdue journeys, journeys tasks, journeys by role and activity type.

-   **Executive journey view dashboard**

    Displays the number of employees completing their journeys, SLA breaches, average days to complete journeys, and other metrics executives would be interested in.


You can modify many aspects of a dashboard.

-   Add widgets
-   Share based on users, groups, or roles
-   Add and configure tabs

This task shows you how to add widgets to a dashboard and configure a tab layout.

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Journey Designer** > **Administration** > **Journeys Overview/Executive Journey view**.

2.  Select **Edit**.

3.  From the **Configuration** menu, edit the following as required.

**Note:** The sub-options in the following fields will depend on the selection in this drop-down. For example, if **Area** is selected in this drop-down, then the **Display settings** will have opens Y axis, X axis, etc., and if **Single Score** is selected, then the display settings will have sub-options respective to single score.
