Open a journey or standalone lifecycle event case from the journey list or the Journeys widget on the Employee Works home page. 2. Select the **Overview** tab. The complete journey is organized into stages. All stages display using the existing journey stage order, with a visual indicator of each stage's completion status. The first active stage is selected by default, and the currently selected stage is visually highlighted. 3. Select a different stage to update the task list to show the tasks associated with that stage. Inactive stages are greyed out and can't be selected. Draft journeys, draft stages, and draft tasks aren't surfaced in Employee Works. 4. Review the tasks displayed for the selected stage. Each task card shows the task name, a short description \(when available\), a required/optional indicator, and the task status \(for example, Completed, In Progress, Due Soon, or Overdue\). The number of completed tasks for the selected stage is shown above the task list, in the format `x/y tasks done`. 5. Select a task to open the task record page. ## Result Task status, stage status, and progress counts refresh automatically when journey-related updates or task completions occur.
