# Assign Learning to your team

As a manager, assign Learning to your team members to enhance their skills.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_lc.learning\_manager

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **All** > **Employee Center** > **My Learning** > **Assigned to your team**.

2.  Select **Assign learning**.

3.  On the form, fill in the fields:

    |Field|Description|
    |-----|-----------|
    |Assign this Learning to|Learner who the learning is assigned to.|
    |Assigned material|Learning material to be assigned to the assignee.|
    |Assignment description|Reason for assigning this Learning to the learner.|
    |Due by|Date that the Learning is due.|

4.  Select **Assign**.
