# Create a course catalog

Create a course catalog to maintain courses under one category and drive access control.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn\_lc.learning\_admin, sn\_lc.learning\_course\_catalog\_admin

## Procedure

1.  Navigate to **Learning** > **Administration** > **Course Catalog**.

2.  Select **New**.

3.  On the form, fill in the fields.

4.  Select **Submit**.

After creating a course catalog, create new course items to add to the course catalog and categorize them accordingly.
